Filip is the founder of Awesome Computers. For over 15 years Filip has provided both onsite IT support and remote support to dental offices, as well as law firms, Finance offices, and insurance companies all across Vancouver, the lower mainland, as far as Chilliwalk, Hope, on Vancouver island and in Alberta. He started Awesome Computers in 2022 and now we have dental offices plus other clients which we provide regular support to. We use trusted and secured remote software to help you remotely.
Our onsite response times, from the time you call, to us being at your home or office are fast. We look to build trusting and ethical relationships with our clients. We have a passion for computers and the IT industry. We are well versed in both Software and Hardware. We assemble our own computers for office use and we assemble Awesome gaming PC’s. The first time Filip experimented with upgrading his desktop PC was at the age of 15 and he developed a high interest in the field. He took Computer science info systems classes at Douglas College to further strengthen his knowledge. The first time Filip Professionally assembled and installed PC’s for a company was in 2007, where he worked for a small business who was a competitor to NCIX Computers. He has been passionate about helping clients, as well as younger people, showing them how to assemble Pc’s and is happy to share his knowledge openly. Furthermore, having worked and gained experience with a well established IT company, who’s forte are dental offices, solving their tech and xray problems, has helped him grow to become more versed in this field. He knows what it takes to keep clients happy and running smoothly. Security, Data backup, Awesome computer stability and performance is what we provide. We are effective at solving your problem while minimizing cost and downtime. We know how import it is for business that your Servers are always up and running. When your system crashes and you’re feeling the heat We’ll be there with our tools getting you tech back on it’s feet.
What We Do
We are familiar with Cleardent, Tracker, Powerpractice, Dentrix, Cadi imaging, Carestream imaging and we work with Xray equipment both Pan’s and sensors, from Sirona, Dexis, Gendex, Vatech ect. We work with manufacturers of dental equipment and 3rd party companies such as Henry Schein, Patterson and Sinclair to resolve issues. We are very enthusiastic when it comes to making sure we finish troubleshooting a problem, or when installing new software, or equipment making sure it works properly.
